Translation UK 2024, University of Surrey

A fun lab trip to Surrey in July for the annual Translation UK meeting. Miguel and Jemma presented posters and Chris gave a talk. Highlights included new ribosome profiling methods for detecting ribosome heterogeneity and collisions, and keynote talks from Julie Aspden (Leeds) on specialised ribosomes, and from Eckhard Jankowsky (Moderna) on design considerations for mRNA medicines.
